    Integration isn’t new to us. In fact, we have over 30 years’ experience of working in the personal financial and SME business advice profession. Our approach to integration is reflected in every part of the business – our systems, our processes, our organisational structure – it’s all integrated.

    To us, integration is not just about having a large menu of services. It’s about truly addressing the needs of clients’ entire financial world. It’s about having an adviser that is responsible for ALL of our clients’ financial world, and having people, organisation and processes that support the business model. Hence, integration has driven business growth through identifying opportunities, that drive increasing clients’ share-of-wallet and client-share (amount of services purchased per client).

    Dashboard

    Our dashboard in NetSuite identifies opportunities for clients, displays services sold and recognises the most relevant service to the corresponding client personas. It shows a holistic snapshot of the entire relationship with existing clients, allowing business development to take advantage of all relevant opportunities.

    We champion the value of face-to-face interaction, which is why we meet with our clients regularly to review their world. We find this promotes deeper relationships with our clients, and we can identify areas of opportunity as they present themselves.

    You should know that our average fee per client is double if they are an integrated client.
    At the end of the day, when the financial world of our client’s changes, we want to be their first port of call. To us, we know we’re their financial guide and guardian when they do.
