6.0 Altus Growth Plans

You’ve probably heard us mention our growth goals. We plan to grow by $3M in 3 years. To do so, Altus must be agile, adaptable and forward-thinking – not only matching the pace of today’s transient business landscape, but setting it and preparing for tomorrow’s future, today.

Altus “Project Next” is our innovation team, comprising of a number of small project groups that rigorously question, test and improve our value proposition service offerings that are integral to growth.

We recognise that growth begins at home, which is why we have evolved the Altus Organisation structure to incorporate:

• Client facing and non-client facing teams
• An Emerging Client Team (ECT)
• A CFO team
• A specialised Superannuation team

This change has created an agile working structure that promotes enhanced collaboration and nullifies divisions within the business.

Our business development team have some bells and whistles worth mentioning which includes marketing automation technology that integrates with our CRM – NetSuite. This allows our advisers to be aware of new opportunities, in real time. And our leads and prospects to be nurtured in a scalable & automatic way.
