As COO, Rob leads the Business Support Team to execute on the firm’s operations across People and Culture, IT, Finance, Operations and Marketing/Business Development. He also assists the CEO and leadership team execute its strategic vision.

Rob is passionate about building great professional services teams, where excellence, culture and teamwork is at the heart of every decision that gets made.
